Issue Refund
The ticket fee is non-refundable and will be charged again if your patron needs to repurchase. This is stated in the Eventik terms and conditions that the customer agrees to at the time of booking
All refunds and voids are final. Once you have pressed Issue refund you will not be able to cancel or reverse the refund process
The customer will see the funds return to their account within 5-10 Business days
